These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI&RWA applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

3. Financial‑planning tools, not advice

AI&RWA is an informational and planning tool. It does not provide personalized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

  • You acknowledge that projections, scenarios, and insights are based on assumptions you control and external factors that may change.
  • Before making significant financial decisions, you should consider consulting a qualified professional.
  • AI&RWA does not guarantee any specific financial outcome or performance.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or undermine the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code where not permitted by law.
  • Do not use AI&RWA to build or train competing products or services without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions, trials & billing

If you purchase a paid subscription, additional terms may apply at the point of purchase (such as renewal periods, trial terms, and billing cycles). Where purchases are made through app stores, their respective terms and policies will also govern.

6. Intellectual property

  • All intellectual property rights in and to the Service (excluding your data) are owned by AI&RWA and its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.
